The project includes approximately 48,000 sq ft of commercial space for a restaurant, retail center and an 18,000 sq. ft. preview center. The property will have complete resort amenities including a pool, spa, recreational facilities and parking. The over all exterior design theme will be contemporary art deco. The target completion date is November 2007. |
