Howard Perlman founded Perlman Design Group in Phoenix, Arizona in 1977. As the client base grew, Howard moved the office headquarters to Las Vegas, Nevada.

Today, we are made up of  three offices located in Henderson, Nevada, Scottsdale, Arizona and Newport Beach, California.

The Nevada office is a  full-service Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design firm, with extensive project experience in Mixed-Use, Retail, Multi and Single Family Residential, Hospitality, Gaming, Office, Industrial, and Public Works.

Together all three  firms consists of a  diverse and dedicated staff of more than 100 professionals who provide innovative designs within established budgets while maintaining quality documents and efficient schedules. 

It is also our goal to make the entire process with our clients an enjoyable journey.  From the first meetings through final  sign-off, we take care  of our clients by placing ourselves in their shoes and acting accordingly. 

We view our fiscal responsibilities as important as our design responsibilities, stressing open communication and fostering quality service untouched by any other firm in the nation.

Perlman Architects of Arizona, Inc. combines the resources of over 30 team players.  Our local office’s six years of experience is dwarfed in comparison by the aggregate education, experience, and expertise of each assembled project team.  

Our Public Sector Division earned a reputation for quality, cost effective design and service throughout the Southwest. It boasts a variety of public work experience including parks, maintenance facilities, offices, multi-use and pubic safety projects.

Our Residential Division has become one of the leaders in the production home market in the Valley. Its designs have recieved a number of awards and can be seen throughout every surrounding City. It has even been showcased in an Extreme Home Makeover television show.

Our Commercial Division continues to grow and consistently yields quality projects. Whether it a tenant improvement, community center, office, retail space, the team members that comprise this division are always looking forward to a new project to exercise thier talents.

Divisions aside, our goal is to provide quality designs that balance function, cost, and aesthetics while creating an environment that enhances the quality of life for those it serves. 

Perlman Architects of California, Inc., in Newport Beach, is located in the hub of the architectural and development communities of southern California, near the John Wayne Airport for easy access. The office opened in 1999.
