Verrado Plan 2150

Location: Arizona
One of our most challenging projects to date, and as a result, one of our most well received designs. This plan offers all amenities for every lifestyle from an intimate private entry courtyard to an optional basement for expanded entertaining spaces. By removing Bedroom 4, an expansive stairwell brings an abundance of light into what most would assume to be a very dark and dreary basement. Horizontal lines of the front elevation are broken up by the Entry Portico leading you through a breezeway, and then the front door. Once inside you’re greeted by a generous Foyer which leads to 2 of the 3 secondary bedrooms and formal living spaces. The space planning is traditional with the Master and Family to the rear and divided by the Covered Patio, Living and Dining. The owner’s suite offers an abundance of closet storage and formal soaking tub flanked by his and her vanities. For those car buffs, the 3 car garage are interconnected making the 3rd bay great for hobbies, workshop, or working on that long term build. Inspired by the Prairie Style, the elevation offers rich color, stone clad columns, and large overhangs.
