| The Haven Clubhouse and Pool projects are components of one of the largest apartment renovations in the Valley. Located in Tempe, this overhaul called for the demolition and design of a new clubhouse, lobby building, pools, pet park and restroom facilities. Additional services included a facelift to the exterior of all residences and improved landscaping throughout the development.
The Haven Clubhouse is a 3-story, 6,700 s.f. building with exposed structure and block, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and overlooks terraces and the main pool. It has meeting space and aerobic and weight training rooms. The Zen and “H” pool carry the contemporary design of the clubhouse and lobby buildings throughout the site. The Haven development has been widely marketed throughout Arizona and continues to draw newcomers with its fresh, urban appeal and cutting edge design.
