Jean C. McKinney Manor is an affordable senior apartment community designed for St. Stephens Cathedral Church of Christ and The Related Companies. This four story faith-based infill project consists of 50 one bedroom units, a media room, lounge, conference room, fitness room and a BBQ area. Already rented 100% before opening, these popular residences were painted in rich, warm sunny “ San Diego ” colors and have many architectural details normally only found on market rate apartments.
