Common space includes a fitness center, a community room, a theater/computer room, a pool, spa, Jacuzzi, cabana, and a BBQ area in the secured courtyard. Nutritional counseling and health services are also available. Public transportation is conveniently located across the street (Metro Link and city buses) and all tenants are provided on site parking.

Unique Characteristics of this project:
All 21 parcels that make up The Village at Sierra were donated by the City of Fontana and included $6,000,000.00 for relocation of the 12 previous property owners.
