Perlman Architects Designs a New High Rise, Mixed-Use Project Near Henderson

(Las Vegas, NV.)---Perlman Architects of Las Vegas announced it is the architect of record for a new, first of its kind, high rise, mixed use project planned for Clark County. The plan which has been approved by the Clark County Board of County Commissioners is designed with 3 separate residential condominium towers above a ground level retail floor with 2 levels of underground parking beneath. This project proposes using 59,000 square feet of retail space, 11,200 square feet of health club area and approximately 460,100 square feet of residential area, divided into one, two and three bedroom units.  Amenities include an athletic club, a swimming pool, pet park and central courtyard plaza. 
 Perlman Architects' role in the project will include schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting and contract administration. The location on St. Rose Parkway and Jefferys Street allows for great access to the St. Rose hospital and is providing 70,925 square feet of open development space and 33,600 square feet of recreational space. The project is currently in the schematic design phase. More information on the project and reservations are scheduled for late August, early September of 2005.
