FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(Newport Beach, CA)-Perlman Architects Inc. was honored once again this year with three awards from The International Builders Show "Best of Seniors Housing" for excellence in design.

 K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons at Hemet won gold for "The Invitationals"; one of four collections offered at this resort class community.  FountainGlen Properties received gold for Valencia, an innovative active senior apartment community located in the Newhall Ranch Masterplan, and K. Hovnanian received platinum for Four Seasons at Palm Springs, the first active adult community in this desert city.

These three projects were acknowledged out of a record number of entries this year.  A sampling of the comments from the judges included, "Excellent diversity in housing types and density through creative site planning. The designers linked open spaces with walkways and they did a good job of breaking up street fronts with pocket parks in denser areas."

Melissa Mickle and Dennis Bonds from Perlman Architects of California traveled to Florida to attend the awards banquet and to accept the awards on Perlman Architects behalf. "We would like to thank the talented project team and our loyal clients for all of the skill, hard work and dedication that led to winning these prestigious National awards," said Mickle.
