(Las Vegas, Nev.)--- Perlman Architects, Inc., has completed architectural and interior design for the Primm Valley Employee Housing, currently under construction and located on 24 acres in Primm, NV.

This project is fully funded by the Primadonna Company L.L.C and is one of the first companies in Southern Nevada to provide housing opportunities for employees. The cost of rent will be minimal and will cover the cost of production, which includes a housing complex and community center with a recreational room and pool.

The housing complex itself consists of 437 units all together which breaks down to 72 studio apartments, 264 one-bedroom, 44 two-bedroom and 56 four-bedroom apartments.

The community center spans more than 10,000 square feet. Recreational activities such as basketball, soccer and baseball will be played on the and sports field outside the complex. Inside the recreational center amenities will include; a mail room for employees, coin operated facilities, club house with television lounge, public internet access, game room, exercise room and full service country store.
Perlman Architects will provide all architectural services, design development, construction documents, interiors and furnishings, bid administration in phase one and will offer support during construction, shop drawing review and site visitations. Completion of the project is scheduled for July 2004.
