This project is located in the heart of the Chandler Municipal Complex and will complement the surrounding Police and Courts buildings.  The building is approximately 15,000 square feet and three stories, and is being delivered under the CM@Risk method.  This project is was showcased in Southwest Contractor Magazine, in a special section on Historic Downtown Chandler  At completion, this building will have a Silver Certification.  This project is currently under construction.
